Regi was born and raised in Hot Springs, also known as the Spa City, in Arkansas. After graduating from Hendrix College, she moved to our state capital and made Little Rock her home. A performer since age 5, pleasing and entertaining people has always been in her nature. With years of caring for and being a team player; great attention to detail; and a strong work ethic, real estate has been a natural choice of career. With over a decade of experience, Regi is aware of the big picture in the purchase or selling of a home. As a Broker, she teaches Agents and Clients to never be afraid to ask questions. Knowing the how and the why only makes a better Broker/Agent and allows her to better anticipate others’ needs. Regi’s strong ability to be empathetic means she puts herself in your shoes and listens to what your desires and requirements are, however small or grandiose. She makes herself available to her Agents and she keeps in constant contact with her Clients.

Regi chooses to look on the bright side in all situations and strive for solutions, not dead ends. She is funny, always has a song to sing, and loves to keep learning. At the heart of real estate are relationships and they are what is most important to her. Regi lives in the Historic Hillcrest Neighborhood where she and her husband Jeremy Bragg own River City Coffee. She has three super spoiled fur children named Oz, Wiz, and Jude E. who are her world. Regi loves all of God’s creatures, and has a huge heart. Regi also enjoys acting and singing on the local stages of Central Arkansas theaters.

Kanda is a central Arkansas native with over 15 years of real estate and property management experience. She is a gradute of University of Arkansas Little Rock and Bellevue University. She is passionate about educating and establishing long lasting relationships with her clients. Customer service is so important to Kanda, you will often hear her say "God created me to help people". Helping people through real estate has been one of her greatest joys.

While not working at Eagle Rock, you will find Kanda spending time with her husband, at one of her son's basketball games, trying a new restaurant, or traveling.
