When Justin isn’t training agents, brokering contracts or signing leases, you can find him rooting for the hogs and spending time with his family. He loves being outdoors, landscaping, grilling and visiting local national parks with his two children and wife.

Lexi is a Northeast Arkansas native, and has been living in Central Arkansas since 2014. Lexi is passionate about developing and maintaining strong relationships with our investors. Through administrative oversight, she is able to check in routinely with investors to ensure their properties are performing at the highest capacity. As an investor herself, she understands the analytical skills that go into growing a successful real estate portfolio.

When Lexi isn’t working, you can find her reading a good book and posting a review on her bookstagram account, or spending time with her husband, Colby, and three dogs - Ollie, Kylo, and Gizmo!

Colby is passionate about guiding agents and property managers to their goals. As an investor himself, Colby understands clients’ financial needs and goals and strives to help them into profits. "I am driven because I want everyone to have the opportunity to be financially stable without having to work for the rest of their lives.”

Colby currently trains and brokers for Property Managers at the Conway Office and Sales Agents at the Little Rock Office.

When he isn't working, Colby loves spending time with his wife and dogs, while never missing an opportunity to binge watch a great movie.

Graduate of Vilonia High School, Carter is passionate about real estate across Central Arkansas.  Driven by faith and strong-will, he seeks success everyday for his clients in both property management and real estate sales. When Carter is not spending valuable time with family and friends, he loves to hunt, fish & enjoy God’s creation.

Joshua has a natural inclination for customer service and intuitively knows what type of property his client is looking for, even if they haven’t comprehensively described it. Joshua’s ability to observe what the client’s needs are and listen to their wants has made him an instant success and a client favorite.

Joshua was born into an entrepreneurial family with his father being a residential building contractor in new construction and remodel, and his mother in residential and commercial maintenance, so customer service and people skills are in his DNA. His love for real estate came from his many years working with his father in the construction business and eight years as a satellite technician installer. Having worked with countless homeowners builds, remodel or installation of satellite television services on their property, He realized that he couldn’t change the world for everybody, but the right property can change somebody’s world and that’s a great start. Now taking his career to the next level as an investor and building his own portfolio, knowledge base and experience, he is able to provide his clients with the utmost service and skill.

Heath is passionate about seeing Central Arkansas thrive through real estate investments and developments. He excels at finding unique distressed properties for buyers that can turn community “eyesores” into beautiful assets for the city and it’s inhabitants. With a degree in Finance from the University of Central Arkansas, Heath also enjoys financial analysis with any real estate deal. A quote Heath lives by Proverbs 10:4 “Lazy hands bring poverty, but diligent hands bring wealth.”

When Heath is away from work, you can catch him working out with a friend or watching football.

As a Central Arkansas native, Luis has always dreamed of representing his hometown with honor. Not only does he bring experience to the table, but he’s driven and determined to help you find the right home. Luis is unique to the Eagle Rock team - as one of our fluent Spanish Speaking Realtors, he’s able to work with and help multiple communities succeed in real estate in the Central Arkansas area. Makenzie is a North Little Rock native. Her passion is traveling whenever she can and working in the real estate industry.

Jeremy is a Mayflower native and brings 18 years of selling, excellent customer service and commitment to work hard, listen and follow through. He provides quality service to build relationships with clients and more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively.

He is a hardworking family man, devoted father of four children and has been married to his best friend for 15yrs. His family resides in Conway for great schools, morals and great service of community the town offers.

When he is not working or spending time with family at home he is fishing. What do you get when you combine and avid fisherman with real estate? A new home complete with directions to all the best fishing areas!

Haley represents the River Valley and surrounding areas. Haley is committed to listening to her clients needs and utilizing her negotiation skills to ensure a successful transaction. Haley is originally from Perryville, but has also lived in Little Rock, Conway and is currently residing in Russellville. Moving around has helped Haley network and build connections all throughout Arkansas. Haley strives to demonstrate the highest level of integrity and commitment, and to bring a little fun into every real estate transaction.

Joshua graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree. He has been a Realtor for over 13 years and in that time has closed hundreds of transactions. He specializes in helping new investors and seasoned investors understand exactly what the numbers are going to look like on the property they are evaluating. Josh has a very mathematical mind and has a great process for "running the numbers". Josh is one who practices what he teaches as he owns several investment properties of his own and is always looking to expand his portfolio.

When Josh isn't diligently evaluating property, he loves to spend time with his family. Josh and his wife Kathy (also a Realtor and Team Member) love to enjoy a good cruise or spend time at the lake. He also loves to hunt & fish with his son Austin. When he isn't in the fishing boat, the woods or at the beach, he loves volunteering his time with his family for local non-profit organizations like Feed the Vets, or national non-profit organizations like Folds of Honor, Warrior Canine Connection and Heroes Ranch.

Kathy graduated from the Baptist School of Nursing in Little Rock as a Registered Nurse. Kathy has been in the Real Estate industry for over 8 years and in her time as a Realtor, she has worked on many different types of transactions with many types of buyers and sellers. She specializes in first time home buyers, military veteran home buyers/sellers, investment real estate and listings of all kinds. Kathy has a knack for putting together deals that others have been unable to navigate and saving deals when it looks like there is no hope. Her attention to detail and ability to keep a transaction moving to the closing table are amazing!

When Kathy isn't busy working hard for her clients, she loves spending time with her husband Josh (who is also a Realtor and a team member) and her son Austin. She loves spoiling her dogs Winston, Jasmine, Thor & Loki. Kathy loves volunteering her time with a local non-profit organization called Feed the Vets or donating her time to national non-profits like Wreaths Across America. When she finally gets a little down time, she loves spending the day at the lake or getting away to the beach with her family.

Sam was born in Northeastern Arkansas and graduated from UALR. He is passionate about meeting the needs of his clients.

Sam’s hobbies include camping, “Mudd'n”, and spending time with his family.

Collin is a proud native of North Little Rock. He is passionate about accepting or conquering new challenges, which has been a driving force in both his personal and professional life.

Outside of work, Collin enjoys a diverse range of hobbies, including motorcycling, playing piano, and even pickleball. These activities keep him engaged and always approaching his real estate work with a fresh perspective.
