Jonathan’s interest in Real Estate started by beginning to invest in rental properties with his wife in 2021. Nick grew up in Sacramento CA and began working with his father, a licensed contractor, remodeling and flipping houses since he was 12 years old. After high school, he played college basketball while getting his degree in Exercise Science. After completing college, he began his own personal training business while working as a collegiate assistant basketball coach in southern California.
